Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in Nashville is seeking a dedicated Acute RN to provide specialized dialysis care in an acute hemodialysis unit. The role collaborates with hospital teams to ensure safe patient care and optimal outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

The position is full-time with 10-hour shifts starting at 7am; some locations require on-call 24/7. Compensation ranges from $35 to $45 per hour, based on experience, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• TN RN license is required.
• Six months of dialysis or critical care nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor dialysis equipment and water treatment in acute setting with quality checks.
• Perform and document pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis assessments.
• Initiate, monitor, and terminate dialysis treatments per policy.
• Dispense medications as ordered and document in hospital medical record.
• Administer blood and blood products per hospital policy.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement orders from physicians.
• Access lab reports and report findings to nephrologist.
