Qualifications

• Two years hospital bedside RN experience preferred.
• RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family centered care.

• Participates in patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develops plans of care with goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Communicates plan of care across the continuum of care.
