Job summary

Hema-Tec Inc. in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking an Acute Dialysis RN to support partner hospitals across the Kalamazoo area.

Earn $41.51-$50.74 per hour, DOE, with a mission-driven, family-owned team that values your care as much as patient care. You will deliver life-sustaining dialysis treatments, manage your caseload, and troubleshoot equipment while communicating with patients, families and hospital staff with compassion.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Michigan.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; nephrology exposure preferred (6 months ok).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Self-starter with strong time management and ability to work independently.

Schedule, Locations & Team

• Shift & Schedule: We offer a full-time schedule to improve work-life balance.
  • Work Week: Four days per week.
  • Hours: Day shift, starting between 7-8 AM. End times vary based on the daily patient census.
  • Weekends: A consistent rotation of every other Saturday is required.
  • Holidays: A shared holiday rotation is required.
• On-Call Rotation: Our RNs participate in a shared on-call rotation.
• Locations & Travel: You will provide care at our partner hospitals in the Kalamazoo area, including Beacon Kalamazoo Hospital, Beacon Plainwell Hospital, Holland Hospital, and Select Specialty Hospital - Battle Creek.
• Team & Support: You will report directly to the Team Supervisor, who is committed to your success.

What You Bring

• Licensure: An active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of RN experience, with at least six months in nephrology preferred.
• Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Core Competencies: A self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
