The Indiana University School of Medicine’s Acute Care Surgery Division and IU Health Physicians are seeking a highly qualified surgeon with fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care or Acute Care Surgery. The Medical Director will embody the mission, vision, and values of the Adult Academic Health Center, adhere to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Compliance Program, and comply with all relevant policies and standards. Scheduled to open in the 4th Quarter of 2027, the new Indiana University Health Hospital and Academic Health Center will feature 864 beds, with approximately one-third dedicated to critical care.
