Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Services; Master's preferred.
• Licensed to provide care in Rehabilitation field in North Carolina.
• Five years of clinical experience with at least one year in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of care regulations, policies, and quality standards.
• Ability to supervise, develop staff, and manage programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads continuous quality improvement efforts in Therapy Services and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Collaborates to set team goals aligned with hospital objectives and analyzes performance data.
• Provides regular staff communication through meetings and cross-department collaboration.
• Makes budget recommendations, monitors expenditures, and reports productivity metrics.
• Develops systems and education to improve customer satisfaction and outcomes.
• Manages personnel functions including hiring, orientation, performance reviews, and discipline.
