Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilize assessment data to support DSM diagnoses.
• Provide individual, group, family and play therapy per plan.
• Formulate treatment plans with consumer and family/guardian as appropriate.
• Act as a team leader providing clinical direction and training to staff.
• Assist with crisis management and de-escalation as needed.
• Document in a timely, complete and policy-compliant manner.
• Participate in Performance Improvement activities.
