This is an exciting opportunity for a PA or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to work alongside experienced surgeons and advanced practice providers in a fast‑paced inpatient environment focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Full‑time inpatient APP position Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no nights, weekends, or call)
• Average patient census of approximately 15 patients per day
• Collaborative team‑based practice with experienced surgeons and APPs, opportunity to manage complex surgical and trauma patients
• Work within a premier Level I Trauma Center

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care for General Surgery and Trauma Surgery patients
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care
• Participate in daily rounding and multidisciplinary care discussions
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nursing staff, and ancillary teams
• Manage patient admissions, consults, and follow‑up care as appropriate
• Ensure high‑quality, evidence‑based patient care and documentation
