Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Knoxville, TN is seeking an Acute Care Surgeon to oversee wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. This is a no-call, Monday–Friday surgeon role that lets you keep your family time while applying your surgical skills.

Salary ranges from $200,000 to $300,000 per year for full-time, with potential bonuses and pay-per-procedure compensation. You’ll work with a national physician group that supports autonomy and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted/clear medical license in state of practice (or eligibility).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Perform wound debridement and bedside procedures.
• Evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing, and complex wounds.
• Use advanced dressings and wound protocols.

Acute Care Surgeon Requirements

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
