Skilled Wound Care is seeking an Acute Care Surgeon in Gulfport, MS to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. This role offers a no-call, Monday–Friday schedule and the opportunity to keep hands-on surgical skills with bedside procedures.

You will evaluate and treat chronic wounds, use advanced dressings, and collaborate with post-acute teams to guide patients through healing. MD or DO, unrestricted license, and DEA are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• No prior wound care experience required; comprehensive wound care training provided.

• Full-Time Average Annual Earnings: $250,000–$500,000 (no earning cap as an independent contractor)
