Skilled Wound Care in Fort Worth, TX seeks an Acute Care Surgeon to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. This no‑call, weekday‑focused role lets you apply surgical skills in a supportive team and outside the hospital setting.

You will work full-time or part-time with clear per‑patient and per‑procedure pay plus quarterly bonuses. MD/DO and unrestricted license required; comprehensive wound care training is provided.

Acute Care Surgeon Salary & Compensation

• Average Annual Earnings: $250,000–$500,000 (no earning cap as an independent contractor)
• High Achievers: Top performers earn $500,000+ through performance bonuses

Acute Care Surgeon Schedule

We offer consistent weekday schedules with no nights or weekends, in part‑time or full‑time options:

Acute Care Surgeon Requirements

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Medical License: Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one)
• DEA License: Or eligibility to obtain one
