Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a full time Inpatient RN at Geisinger Community Medical Center for day shifts. The position offers a minimum hiring rate of $40.55 per hour, with higher rates for experienced staff and up to $7 in shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends, plus relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

You will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, coordinate care plans with the interdisciplinary team, and participate in safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Clinical skills relevant to inpatient RN care.
• Strong communication with patients, families and care teams.
• Ability to organize and coordinate care across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications and diagnostics.
