Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.

• Current Iowa RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Initial assessment within 30 minutes of admission.
• Develops outcome/goal-based plan and coordinates care.
• Implements plan, assigns tasks and documents care.
• Evaluates progress and revises care plans as needed.
• Maintains communication with physicians, patients and team.
