Job summary

MyMichigan Health in Michigan is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, triage and monitor acutely ill patients. You will perform a range of nursing procedures, coordinate with the care team, and ensure comfort and education for patients and families.

Required are an Associate degree in nursing, and RN licensure with certifications like ACLS/BLS/ENPC/PALS/TNCC, plus state-specific training. A 9K sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Michigan RN licensure required.
• ACLS, BLS, ENPC, PALS, TNCC, TEAM ADVANCED, NIMS IS 100/700 certifications
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Ability to work in high-stress, fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, intervene promptly, and participate in care planning.
• Regularly assess patient needs and provide skilled nursing services per plan of care.
• Process orders accurately and follow up on med changes and clarifications.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and update the plan in collaboration with the team.
• Coordinate prescribed plans with health care team and document patient responses.
