Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health in Camden, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary care team and be accountable for a group of patients within a designated time frame, delivering care using the nursing process and supervising patient care.

The RN will follow established policies, communicate clearly with staff and supervisors, and provide excellent customer service while upholding Cooper core values. Experience, licensure, and certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of acute care experience preferred.
• Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing.
• Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse).
• Current NJ-BLS Certification (Basic Life Support).
• Certain specialties may require advanced certification (ACLS, NALS, PALS).

Responsibilities

• Follows established policies and procedures.
• Communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors.
• Provides excellent customer service interfacing well with all levels of staff, management and physicians.
