Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health in Camden, NJ is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse. The role requires 2+ years acute care RN experience, with at least one year in the specialty area you apply to. You will join a multidisciplinary health care team and provide patient-focused care.

Qualifications include NLN-accredited nursing program, NJ RN license, NJ BLS, and CNOR preferred; per diem shifts 7 am–7 pm, weekends and holidays. Advanced certs (ACLS, NALS, PALS) may be required for some specialties.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of acute care RN experience with at least one year in the specialty area.
• Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing.
• Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse).
• Current NJ-BLS Certification (Basic Life Support).
• Current NJ-CNOR (Certified Nurse, Operating Room) preferred.
• Certain specialties may require advanced certification (i.e. ACLS, NALS, PALS).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as part of a multidisciplinary health care team using the nursing process.
• Follow established policies and procedures.
• Communicate openly with internal customers and supervisors.
• Deliver excellent customer service and apply Cooper core values.
• Perform other duties as required.
