Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or associate's degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• RN licensure is mandatory; less than 2 years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing activities.
• Promote patient- and family-centered care; educate on illness management and medications.
• Develop individualized care plans with the healthcare team and communicate across the continuum of care.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs respecting culture and spirituality.
• Apply critical nursing skills to evaluate patient conditions and respond appropriately.
