• Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality care to assigned patients.

• Implements nursing plan and interventions as needed for patient care.
• Evaluates care effectiveness and updates patient plans as required.
• Maintains accurate documentation to support care coordination.
• Performs department duties and communicates with patients and supporters.
• Fosters teamwork within the department to meet goals.
• Maintains current knowledge, certification, and licensure; pursues growth.
• Floats across Baptist Health Care System as needed.
