Baptist Health Care in Pensacola, FL seeks a Registered Nurse to provide expert critical care, evaluate patients, and coordinate with the care team during life-threatening situations.

You will deliver medications, document care, and support patient families while maintaining licensure and pursuing professional development. This is a full-time night shift at 0.9 FTE in a leading regional health system.

Qualifications

• Must hold Florida RN license or be eligible for licensure in a compact state.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• ACLS certification must be completed within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assesses, identifies, and prioritizes patient and family needs to provide quality care.
• Safely delivers medications and treatments, monitors patient responses and follows safety policies.
• Performs continuous patient assessment and communicates changes for timely decisions.
• Maintains accurate documentation of care provided.
• Promotes effective teamwork and assists in meeting unit goals and objectives.
• Maintains licensure, certifications, required education, and pursues ongoing professional growth.
