Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited program.
• Current State RN license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN preferred in some units.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care to patients using established standards.
• Performs assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations.
• Coordinates and delegates care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervises LPNs/LVNs and Nursing Aides/Techs.
• Documents timely and maintains patient records per policy.
• Responds to emergencies and Code Blue as needed.
• Maintains safety and infection prevention standards.
