Job summary

The Registered Nurse leads the healthcare team at Novant Health, building authentic relationships with patients and their support system. You will collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized care plan that promotes health or supports a peaceful death.

You will work in the Acute Care Unit on a part-time daytime schedule (7:00am-7:00pm). Relocation assistance up to $7,500 is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• If RN license inactive, refresher course may be required for reactivation.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the healthcare team by building authentic relationships with patient and family.
• Collaborate with physicians and team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Provide care per current policies and procedures and promote optimal health.
