Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with current licensure in Tennessee.
• BLS/ACLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Nursing care experience and patient-centered approach expected.
• Knowledge of acute care standards and patient advocacy.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition on admission and during shifts, report changes promptly.
• Perform procedures and document care in the medical record; administer meds and monitor responses.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs to improve comfort and outcomes.
