TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville is seeking an Acute Care Orthopedic Nurse. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with nursing standards, collaborate with providers, and advocate for patients and families to ensure excellent outcomes.

Responsibilities include admission assessments, timely documentation, medication administration, and education of patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• One year of acute care experience required.
• Formal nursing degree as listed above or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition during admission and shifts, report changes promptly.
• Perform procedures and document care in the medical record; administer medications and monitor responses.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and educate patients and families about care plans.
