Job Summary

Employment Details

• Shift: Rotating, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care within the scope of practice and legal boundaries.
• Formulate and implement nursing care plans, using critical thinking and clinical judgment.
• Monitor patient health, administer treatments, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure per Iowa Board of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BCLS) required within 3 months of hire.
