Health Wealth Safe, Inc. seeks an experienced Medical-Surgical/Intermediate Care Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care for adult patients with complex medical and post-surgical needs.

You will assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized, patient-centered care plans. Key duties include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, IV therapies, telemetry monitoring, and coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team.

Formación

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to care for acutely ill patients.

Responsabilidades
