Carolinas ContinueCare Hospital at Pineville is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a direct hire, full-time role in a Long-Term Acute Care setting. You will provide direct care to critically ill patients, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and document clinical findings to support high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an active NC RN license, have 1+ year in acute care/ICU/LTAC, and meet BLS requirements with ACLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active NC RN license or compact state license.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
