Carolinas ContinueCARE Hospital at Pineville is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity in Pineville, NC. This LTAC setting serves medically complex patients and offers a competitive salary with shift differentials.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, coordinating care plans with a multidisciplinary team, administering medications, and educating patients and families. BLS is required and ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long‑term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Skills

Active RN license in NC or compact

Acute/ICU/LTAC experience

BLS certified

ACLS within 90 days of hire

Strong clinical judgment
