Job summary

The MetroHealth System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cleveland Heights Acute Care Medical unit (CHIP). You will provide direct care to acutely ill medical patients, collaborating with LPNs, assistants, and providers on a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule.

Ideal candidates hold an Ohio RN license, (BSN preferred), and maintain BLS. PRN roles require relevant RN experience and current certifications upon hire.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license is required.
• BLS certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year RN experience.
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to acutely ill medical patients.
• Collaborate with LPNs, PCNAs, providers and therapists.
• Maintain certifications and adhere to hospital policies.
