Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate license.
- Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
- ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC are required for certain areas.
Responsibilities
- Assesses patient needs and coordinates care on assigned unit.
- Respects diversity and collaborates with the health care team.
- Functions as patient and family advocate.
- Delegates and supervises tasks to team members per qualifications.
- Documents patient care accurately meeting regulatory standards.
- Maintains nursing skills and equipment competency.
- Attends staff development and nursing meetings.
- Partners with leadership to support professional development.
- Performs duties as assigned.
