Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
• Active RN licensure in appropriate state required.
• BLS through American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates strong assessment skills to uncover the patient’s story and care needs.
• Collaborates with patients and support systems to identify priorities and care plans.
• Acts as a patient advocate and educates patients, prioritizing interventions.
• Administers and evaluates medication therapies and provides routine nursing care.
• Continuously assesses progress and adjusts the plan of care with the team.
