Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and communicate changes in status to the supervisor and physician.
• Plan care for patients and families throughout the continuum of care.
• Direct supervision and delegation of LPN/LVN, CNA, and ward clerks.
• Administer IV medications, drips, pushes, and blood products as per scope of practice.
