Rosaires Care is seeking an Acute Care Medicine Clinical Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care for patients with severe, life-threatening conditions in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting. The role focuses on compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting safe clinical operations and collaboration with the medical team.

You will assess, monitor, administer medications, educate patients and families, and maintain precise documentation, adhering to infection control and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Must have RN licensure with strong acute care competency.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple patients, and make sound clinical judgments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in high-pressure environments.
• Solid understanding of assessment, monitoring, and critical interventions.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, monitor, and manage patient conditions, including complex acute presentations.
• Administer medications and treatments per clinical protocols and orders.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Recognize clinical deterioration early and respond appropriately to urgent changes.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, care plans, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
