Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient recovery, vital signs, and overall clinical status.
• Manage wounds and surgical devices, ensuring proper care and documentation.
• Administer medications and therapies according to orders and protocols.
• Assess pain levels and identify potential complications; escalate when needed.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, wound management, medications, and safety.
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to support continuity of care and safe discharge planning.
