Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- BSN required within 5 years of hire.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Virginia with AHA BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, evidence-based nursing care to medically complex adults.
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, pharmacists, therapists, and RNs in a multidisciplinary team.
- Practice at the top of your license in Adult and Procedural Acute Care settings with strong teamwork.
- Contribute to governance, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice within your unit.
