SEARHC in Alaska seeks an Acute Care Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care across the lifespan in inpatient settings. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include medication administration, patient and family education, and documentation in the EHR. The role emphasizes culturally sensitive, patient-centered care and ongoing competency development.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Alaska.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required.
• Clinical competency within 3 months and every 3 years.

• Implements and evaluates nursing interventions and patient responses.
• Administers medications and treatments safely and accurately per provider orders and policy.

• Collaborates with providers and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.

• Advocates for patient care and assists patients in navigating the healthcare system.
