St. Francis Medical Center in Los Angeles is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver safe patient care within the Medical/Surgical unit. The role includes direct patient care, patient and family teaching, and collaboration with the medical team.

Shifts are Days, full-time, with competitive compensation and benefits. Requirements include an active RN license, BLS, and preferred ACLS; experience in acute care and ventilator management is a plus.

Formación

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred.
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator Management experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct patient and family teaching and supervise nursing staff.
• Communicate with physicians about changes in patient condition.
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and treatment outcomes.
