Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care nursing.
• Current RN license in Michigan is mandatory; Ohio license may be pending.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications preferred.
• Experience with Epic charting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Manage patient cases, including assessments, care planning, and discharge planning.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams (PT, pharmacy, respiratory).
• Utilize Epic for accurate patient record-keeping.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.
