Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• RN license for the state of care
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Assess, coordinate, deliver and evaluate nursing care in an acute setting
• Provide direct patient care and patient/family education
• Coordinate plan of care incorporating psychosocial factors
• Maintain collaboration with patients, families, physicians and team
• Ensure PHI privacy and adhere to regulations
