Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. The RN will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.

Key responsibilities include assessing and evaluating patient needs, coordinating care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and educating patients and families on treatment and discharge

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Acute care experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure quality patient care
