Community Memorial Hospital in South Hill, VA seeks registered nurses at Clin I-III levels. Nurses will rotate shifts, provide age-appropriate care, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an acute care unit of 54 beds.

Licensure in Virginia (or compact state) with BLS/HCP; ADN or diploma required with BSN preferred. Training and leadership development are supported; scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible or compact state.
• Diploma or Associates Degree from a nursing program.
• All registered nurses without a Bachelor's degree in Nursing will be required to enroll in an approved RN to BSN program within two years of their start date and to complete the program within five years of their start date unless grandfathered under previous requirements.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and document direct, age-specific care to patients per medical orders and plan of care.
• Safely administer prescribed medications and identify potential interactions.
• Provide education and direction to the unit, coordinating with the health care team.
• Organize work and supervise others on the unit as assigned by the Nurse Manager/Practice Manager.
