Qualifications

• Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Active RN license (single-state or Multi-State Compact).
• BLS certification required on hire.
• Less than one year of clinical experience preferred; prior direct patient care helpful.
• Strong clinical, communication, teamwork and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Provide relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with patients and families through communication, education and goal setting.
• Coordinate safe, high-quality care via interdisciplinary collaboration and documentation.
• Support performance improvement, evidence-based practices, and research to improve outcomes.
• Engage in professional development and resource planning to maintain competency.
• Adhere to organizational policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
