ConnectedHealth in Topeka, KS is seeking a full-time RN to provide direct nursing care in Med/Surg and Emergency Department within a community-based facility near Topeka.

The role requires active Kansas RN license, BLS, and emergency nursing credentials; prior Med/Surg/ER experience is strongly preferred. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer meds, monitor progress, educate families, and ensure documentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program.
  • Active Kansas RN license or NLC multistate license.
  • BLS certification required.
  • ACLS certification required or preferred.
  • PALS, TNCC, or other emergency nursing certifications highly valued.
  • Previous Med/Surg, Emergency, Acute Care, or Critical Access Hospital experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and confidently in urgent and rapidly changing clinical situations.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.

Job description

This full-time RN position supports both Med/Surg and ED in a community-based facility near Topeka.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in Med/Surg and ED
