Job summary

PT Solutions in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our acute care team. The role centers on administering PT treatments, building strong patient relationships, and collaborating with clinicians to help patients reach functional goals.

You will work with a diverse patient population in neuro, trauma, and ortho settings, with opportunities for mentorship, ongoing education, and weekend/holiday pay adjustments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy assistant program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer and assist with a wide range of physical therapy treatments using a variety of methods.
• Establish strong relationships with each patient so that they have ability to exceed their functional goals.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)
