Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in McKinney, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for the Acute care unit. The role is full-time, Sunday through Thursday, with compensation dependent on experience and internal equity.

The position offers a salary range of $80,080.00 to $108,804.80 and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision, PTO/EID, 401(k) with company match, and professional development programs such as new grad mentorship and residency

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure.
• BLS certification or completion within the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plans.
• Delegates and directs all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients.
• Educates patients, families, students, coworkers and self on therapy and care.
• Supports program delivery and functional return to community activities.
