Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC partners with a Jackson, MS hospital to hire a full-time Acute Care Physical Therapist. You’ll work in a stroke-center regional referral hospital, gaining exposure to ICU, stroke, trauma, orthopedic, neuro, and post-surgical cases.

New graduates are welcomed through a formal 90-day preceptor program, with a structured onboarding and a $15,000 sign-on; relocation assistance is available and PSLF eligibility supports service in nonprofit hospital settings.

Qualifications

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program is required.
• Active or pending Mississippi PT license is required.
• New graduates welcome with formal mentorship program.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute care PT across ICU, stroke, trauma, orthopedic, neuro, post-surgical, and general medical cases.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, COTAs, and SLPs in a multidisciplinary acute care team.
• Participate in a structured 90-day mentorship and onboarding program.
