The role you’ll contribute:

Evaluates, develops an appropriate plan of care, and treats patients with bodily impairments and functional limitations as medically prescribed.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Assesses patient ability to perform functional mobility skills and evaluates muscle, nerve, joint, and integumentary systems
• Designs and implements a treatment plan utilizing practice standards, insurance guidelines, and patient needs; monitors and modifies as needed
• Documents and charges accurately and timely following standards and policies
• Provides discharge planning and adaptive equipment guidance
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
