Qualifications

• Graduates from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing for the State of Michigan.
• BLS required within 3 months after hire.
• Current driver's license in Michigan required.
• Social sensitivity and the ability to communicate in English effectively.
• Regularly performs tasks requiring high interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and administer physical therapy treatment for patients.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in health records.
• Maintain accurate and complete records for each patient.
• Assist patients in lifting and moving as necessary.
• Conduct individual and group physical therapy activities.
