Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
• Coursework/Training may be required to meet department needs.
• Licensure in required states (Oregon or Washington) upon hire; BLS required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans to maximize independence.
