OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Join a nationally recognized nonprofit hospital in Texas as a full-time Acute Care Physical Therapist. This 400-bed facility is ranked among the Top 50 Cardiovascular Hospitals in the country and serves as a regional leader in acute care. In this role, you’ll treat a diverse adult and geriatric caseload across all major units—including Med Surg, Ortho, Neuro, Cardiac, Oncology, ICU, and more.

You’ll be part of a collaborative rehab team with strong clinical support and mentorship, in a hospital that values patient-centered care and professional development. We're seeking someone who brings compassion, curiosity, and a deep commitment to helping others—not just a job seeker, but a mission-driven clinician looking to build a lasting career.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Texas license or ability to obtain
  • Open to New Grads but 2 Years of Acute Care Experience Desired
  • Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Collaborative, team building personality style
