Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
• Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled physical therapy services, staying updated on standard practices for different patient groups; develops care plans with goals.
• Meets established productivity standards for the department or service line.
• Keeps thorough and timely patient records and completes billing accurately.

• Manages all aspects of patient care and supervision of staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Participates in continuing education and quality improvement processes.
• Participates in meetings and contributes to program development and marketing of the physical therapy program.
