Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in states where you work.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
• Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services and develop patient-specific care plans.
• Maintain timely patient records and accurate billing.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and care teams.
• Supervise assistants, aides, and students.
• Participate in quality improvement and program development.
• Attend care conferences and inter-disciplinary meetings.
